Meadowlark Cleaning Co is an owner-run residential cleaning business based in Arvada, Colorado. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and how you can ask us to correct or remove it.
What we collect and why
We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us. Specifically:
- Contact form. When you send us a message we collect your name, email address, phone number and the text of your message. We use this to reply to your enquiry.
- Booking form. When you schedule a cleaning appointment we collect your first name, last name, email address and phone number. We use this to confirm and manage your appointment.
- SMS consent. If you tick the consent boxes on the booking or contact form, we record that consent so we can send you appointment-related texts or, if you opted in separately, occasional news and offers. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message.
We do not collect payment card details through this website.
SMS and third parties
Phone numbers and SMS consent collected on this site are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own marketing. They are used only to send messages to the person who opted in.
How we store your information
Information you submit through this site is stored in our customer-relationship system, which is password-protected and accessible only to the people who work at Meadowlark Cleaning Co.
How we protect your information
Every form on this site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so the information you type travels securely between your browser and our server. Once received, your data is held in our password-protected customer-relationship system. Access is limited to the people who work at this business.
